This post recommends to set compatibility mode to Windows 2000.Essentially it's an archive, unpack it (I used 7zip for example).Download pro610-6_int.exe drivers from Wacom.Download and install usb-com adapter drivers, set port to COM2.Uninstall any Wacom drivers you had before, unplug your tablet and reboot.
This may not be the shortest way to install it, but here's how I finally got it working.
